This year is going to be similar to what happened with Jesus when He was called into ministry in Luke Chapters 3 and 4.
As Jesus was baptized, the heavens opened and power of the Holy Spirit came upon Him. The Father spoke a personal message to Jesus, “This is my son in whom I am well pleased.”
Jesus went on to the wilderness where angels attended to Him. He was equipped and empowered and then He went to a synagogue where He opened the scroll (a type of Book of Life) and proclaimed His life calling:
“The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free,” Luke 4:18 NIV

A new understanding of the times and seasons will be released.

The Issachar anointing is the ability to understand times and seasons and to get plans and strategies from Heaven on what to do. This ability is being released to people in 2019. There are new levels of intimacy with the Lord coming to invite you into the secret place with Him (Psalm 91).
