Items Not Eligible for Refund
Digital products and donations are not eligible for return or refund.
Returns and Refunds for Physical Products
Physical products consist of paperback books, CDs, DVDs, etc.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be
eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, and you must have the receipt, invoice or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your return. If approved for refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). The time in which your credit card posts the refund is determined by your card issuer policies.

What is a Digital Product?
A digital product is an e-book, mp3 download, mp4 downloads, online course/workshops, and online school, etc.
Given the nature of downloadable digital items, we do not generally offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless required under state-specific consumer protection laws.
Donations are non-refundable. If, however, you have donated in error, please contact us within 15 days of donation. Donations made in error will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
